방법: 설정 → 계정 연동에서 Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 연동한 뒤, 새 기기에서 같은 계정으로 로그인하시면 됩니다.

Yes, you can transfer data via account linking.

How: Go to Settings → Account Link, link your Google or Apple account, then sign in with the same account on the new device.

※ Guest accounts cannot transfer data. Please make sure to link your account.

설정 → 언어 설정에서 한국어, 영어, 일본어 중 선택하실 수 있습니다.

Go to Settings → Language to choose between Korean, English, and Japanese.

설정 → 알림 설정에서 푸시 알림을 켜거나 끌 수 있습니다. 기기의 설정 앱에서도 앱별 알림을 관리하실 수 있습니다.

설정 → 계정 → 계정 탈퇴에서 진행하실 수 있습니다. 주의: 탈퇴 시 모든 데이터가 영구 삭제되며 복구가 불가능합니다.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Warning: All data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

1. 게임을 완전히 종료 후 재실행해주세요.

2. 그래도 지급되지 않으면 support@layerlab.io로 결제 영수증과 유저 ID를 보내주세요.

4. 다른 앱을 모두 종료한 후 게임을 실행합니다.

네트워크 상태를 확인해주세요. VPN을 사용 중이라면 해제 후 다시 시도해주세요. 문제가 지속되면 게임을 삭제 후 재설치해주세요. (계정 연동 필수)

우편함을 확인해주세요. 일부 보상은 우편함으로 지급됩니다. 우편함에도 없다면 support@layerlab.io로 유저 ID, 보상 내용, 발생 일시를 보내주세요.
